Well, summer no doubt this summer has been HOT!! With the temperature soaring upwards of 30 degrees and beyond, cooking is no longer a joy. In the sweltering heat the last thing we want to do is turn on the oven, however, our newest appliance is changing the way we cook. We recently welcomed to the family the Breville Smart Oven Air, we are now able to enjoy my favorite comfort meals even on the hottest of days.

With several different settings our Smart Oven Air from Breville has made life so much easier we can enjoy a cold chicken we can enjoy bacon wrapped pork tenderloin we can enjoy pizzas cookies all the things that are family truly love without warming up the entire house Beyond its already obnoxiously hot state.

And one of my favorite features in this appliance is the Smart Oven Air’s 2-speed convection fan. The Super and regular option offers greater cooking control and provides a greater volume of air to ensure fast and even heat distribution. Less time in the kitchen and more time outside having fun making memories blowing bubbles and jumping on the trampoline.

The Smart Oven® Air with Element IQ® is the perfect countertop oven that can roast for large gatherings, air fry for a healthier crispy French fries & family favorites and dehydrate a wide range of healthy foods like apples and mangos to make delicious fruit chips. The super convection setting reduces cooking time by up to 30% which means less time in the kitchen and more time making memories!

Life is busy and anything we can do to make things a bit easier is a-ok with me and the dehydrate option is perfect for my busy two girls. The Smart Oven Air can dehydrate a large range of foods on up to 4 trays making healthy snacking so much easier! We even dehydrate Cherries for our Dark Chocolate Cherry with Sea Salt Bark recipe.

I can hear you now asking but will it actually fit ALL of the things? I assure you it will! The large, 1 cubic ft interior makes room for toasting 9 slices of bread which means, I was able to recently make some more counter space by getting rid of our toaster! Additionally, you can roast a 14-lb turkey which means this Thanksgiving I will have time to make ALL of the things without having to schedule my time in the kitchen. It also comfortably fits most 9″x13″ pans and 12 cup muffin trays.

With 13 cooking functions, there isn’t actually anything the Smart Oven Air cannot do! You can prepare toast and bagels, broil, bake, roast, dehydrate, keep food warm while others foods are being prepared, bake a Pizza, Proof, Airfry, Reheat, make cookies and yes you can even Slow Cook. Tell me this doesn’t sound magical?

Well to top it off, the LCD DISPLAY makes it easier to access the built-in smart functionality. Just simply choose from 13 cooking functions for suggested baked times and temperatures. Additionally, you can adjust the temps and times with a simple turn of a knob.

I know you’re wondering how this ties into not wanting to cook because of the heat well because of its smart technology and how it uses energy, it doesn’t emit as much heat as your regular oven making it easier to enjoy those comfort foods all year round!

  1. The Breville Smart Oven Air sounds amazing! We have a toaster and a microwave. Our oven never gets used. THIS would be so useful.

  2. This roast chicken came out amazing! I didn’t use rosemary and used smoked paprika instead and it came out juicy, flavorful and was even better as left overs. I’m not a fan of chicken breast and the breast ended up being my favorite!

  3. Wow — would definitely keep the house cooler. Sounds like quite an awesome addition to every household.

  4. We’ve has the Breville air for sometime now. Love it! Use it almost daily. We only use the regular oven when we have to make two things at once. Great product!
